You can very easily change office space requirements as you grow & thrive with flexible contracts starting from just one month up to a year or more. You don’t need to manage the administrative part of an office building and just focus on your work. You will have all the services that you might require without having to rent all the rooms and use them sparingly - Services such as meeting rooms, kitchen, 24/7 access, reception services, showers & changing rooms, roof terrace and many more. So although you might be paying a bit more for the actual office space, it will make it all much more worth it when you consider you can use all the other spaces and services.

What is the difference between a dedicated desk and hot desk in the coworking area?

A dedicated desk means you’ll have your same desk reserved for you so you can leave your own equipment on it whilst a hot desk means that you will use a desk from the ones that are currently available. For more information, check out the dedicated desk page or hot desk page.
