A converted traditional old house into a modern office space
Located in a fully converted old house in the central city of Qormi, away from the hustle & bustle of Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian’s and the surroundings. The space is designed in a modern, minimalistic style that helps you focus & be productive whilst still giving you a homey feeling. Each floor consists of a kitchenette and bathroom whilst the ground floor consists of meeting rooms and main bathroom with shower and a changing room.
The building includes a beautiful reception area in a converted hallway that is still featuring traditional Maltese stone with a gallery of iconic Maltese photography.
The top floors are the recreational floors whereby the 4th floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a roof top on top of it to let you enjoy country side views.

Situated in Qormi, one of Malta’s central locations very close to the airport and various local amenities such as shopping malls, banks & post office, cafes, eateries, gyms, health centres yet away from the hustle & bustle of Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian’s, Gzira & their surroundings.
Qormi is very well connected via public transport having the “Marzu” bus stop being just outside the doorstep. Qormi is also very easily accessible with private taxis, electric scooters (e-Scooters) and also minute car & scooter rental services such as Goto, Whizascoot amongst others.
Qormi is well known for its bakeries and is known for having the best Maltese bread. Qormi is also known by its title of Citta Pinto, and is one of the biggest cities within the Southern region of Malta.
